Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm unless previous arrangements have been made. Earlier check-in may be possible if the room is available. Please call the Inn on the day of arrival to confirm.
Check-out time is 11 am.
Guest Conduct

Moose Meadow Inn is a Non-Smoking property - this includes rooms and the deck or patio outside your room. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot or in your own vehicle - this includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping.

We have a Black Lab at the Inn and therefore do not allow any other pets on the property in order to ensure we maintain a peaceful and comfortable setting for our guests.

We also do not allow children under 12 years of age for the same reason.

Guests must refrain from making noise after 10 pm in consideration of other guests.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and unfortunate circumstances can make cancellations unavoidable. However, we are often unable to fill last-minute cancellations, and others wanting the space have already been turned away.

There is no charge if you cancel 10 days prior to your check-in day.

Your credit card will be charged 50% of the total charges if you cancel with less than 10 days’ notice and 100% of total charges with less than 4 days’ notice.
